We use Australia Post and Courier Please as our trustworthy delivery partners.

Standard shipping can vary from 2 to 14 business days, but in most cases, you should allow approximately 5 business days from the purchase date. 

Due to COVID-19 our delivery partners have been experiencing significant delays due to social distancing measures and increased parcel volumes.

All postage orders are supplied with a tracking number to help you keep track of your delivery.

We will refund the full amount for any products that have not met our promise, so please don’t hesitate to contact us. The only thing we request is that our customers advise us within 14 days of receiving delivery,. All refunds will be credited back to the account the customer made payment with and will appear in 2-3 business days of the items being returned and Bengong’s will cover the cost of delivery. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.

If you wish to receive a full refund or your order, Bengong’s will refund the total amount including the delivery fee.

In-Store Refunds & Returns

Please note that refunds can only be processed back on the same card or mode of payment used for an online order. If not applicable, an online credit in the form of an e-gift card can be issued.

Please contact our team and they will follow it up for you. If your order has not been shipped yet then we can change it for you.
